Avondale Ranch Information

Since Avondale Ranch is outside the city limits, it is up to each homeowner to contract a provider for trash pickup. The HOA has a contract price with Midwest Waste, so please contact them at 817-408-0050 to set up service, or click HERE to visit their website. Each home in Avondale Ranch has a private well, so there is no water bill! We do recommend the following voluntary watering restrictions.

Watering Schedule
Residential addresses ending in an even number (0, 2, 4, 6, or 8) may water on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Residential addresses ending in an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7 or 9) may water on Thursdays and Sundays.
Please Note: No outdoor watering between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., even on allowed watering days.
